In the Cowan case in 1975, they demanded the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals order the federal trial judge to dismiss the case in which they had filed a motion to dismiss, but the trial judge was insisting on going forward. Disingenuously, the Watergate Prosecutors failed to even cite that case before the DC Circuit though it is on point. This type of hypocrisy should not be happening in our judicial system by people who have shown themselves to be enemies of the administration and supportive of the attempted coups using the most fraudulent prosecutorial tactics in memory. Precedent, the Constitution, and integrity all speak with one loud voice: Stop the abuse of the law, do not permit Judge Sullivan to perform executive and legislative duties in addition to his judicial job, do not reward dishonest law breakers in the Justice Department, prosecute those who used the DOJ, FBI and Intelligence community to commit crimes, and dismiss the fraudulent, extortive case against General Flynn.”
